Mr. Shukla began his legal education at Banaras Hindu University, one of India’s most prestigious institutions for higher learning. There, he completed his LL.B. (Hons.), gaining a strong foundation in core legal subjects such as constitutional law, criminal law, jurisprudence, and legal theory. The intellectually vibrant environment at BHU helped shape his analytical abilities and fostered his interest in legal research and academic writing. Seeking to further enhance his expertise, he pursued his LL.M. from Dr. Shakuntala Misra National Rehabilitation University, Lucknow. During his postgraduate studies, he refined his research skills and developed a deeper understanding of contemporary legal issues. His academic training at DSMNRU strengthened his ability to critically analyze legal problems and engage with advanced jurisprudential debates.

Currently, Mr. Shukla is engaged in advanced legal research at Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra. His research reflects a strong commitment to exploring emerging areas of law and contributing meaningfully to academic discourse. His interests span multiple legal disciplines, demonstrating his interdisciplinary approach to legal scholarship.
