Prof. Singh's journey in law began at one of India's most prestigious institutions, Banaras Hindu University (BHU), where he completed his LL.B., LL.M., and Ph.D. degrees. This rigorous training at BHU laid a formidable foundation for his deep understanding of legal principles and jurisprudence. His doctoral research further sharpened his analytical skills, establishing him as a methodical and original legal thinker.

As a scholar, Prof. Singh's expertise lies primarily in Constitutional Law and International Law, subjects on which he commands unparalleled authority.
