Detailed Review Process
Detailed Review Process
The Indian Journal for Law and Legal Research follow a Double-Blind Peer Review process, which means that both the reviewer’s and author’s identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process.
Detailed Process:
- Manuscripts received are assigned a manuscript code. (Eg. JNJLMS-00001)
- After this, all the author’s details are removed from the manuscript.
- The article is then sent to two of our reviewers. Thereafter, a few checks are conducted to ensure adherence to formatting, scope, plagiarism policies, and completeness.
- The reviewers evaluate the manuscript’s quality, validity, originality, methodology, and significance.
- After evaluating the articles, both the reviewers assign the manuscript a score out of 5.
- The manuscripts that get a combined score of above 6 out of 10 are selected for final publication.
