Prof. Dr. D. R. Singh is a distinguished academician and administrator in the field of English Studies with decades of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership. He has served as the Chairperson of the Research Degree Committee (RDC) of English and as the Convenor of the Board of Studies (BOS), Department of English, Purvanchal University, contributing significantly to curriculum development and research supervision.
He served as Professor and Head of the Department of English at T.D.P.G. College, Jaunpur, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening academic standards and research culture. Prof. Dr. Singh has successfully supervised 20 Ph.D. scholars, reflecting his deep engagement with advanced research and mentorship.
In addition to his academic roles, he has held several important administrative positions. He served as Chief Proctor during 1984–1987 and later as Coordinator of Degree Courses (COG) at T.D.P.G. College during 2005–2006. He was also associated with college management and is presently serving as Deputy Manager, T.D. Girls College.
Prof. Dr. Singh served as the Principal of T.D.P.G. College from 2006 to 2011, during which he contributed significantly to institutional development and governance.
He has also made notable contributions to academic publishing as Editor-in-Chief of the T.D.P.G. College System. His scholarly work includes the editing of a book titled Six English Poets (B.A. level) prescribed under Purvanchal University English syllabus, which has benefited generations of undergraduate students.Through his academic excellence, administrative leadership, and dedication to English literature and higher education, Prof. Dr. D. R. Singh has left a lasting impact on students, scholars, and institutions alike.

Prof. (Dr.) V.P. Rai is a distinguished academician and legal expert known for his deep scholarship, extensive teaching experience, and significant contributions to legal education in India. With more than twenty-five years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration, he has established himself as a respected authority in the field of Criminal Law. His career reflects a strong commitment to academic excellence, intellectual inquiry, and the advancement of legal knowledge.
Prof. Rai completed his LL.B., LL.M., and Ph.D. in Law from Banaras Hindu University, one of India’s most prestigious institutions of higher education. His rigorous academic training at BHU provided him with a strong foundation in legal principles, jurisprudence, and research methodology. During his academic journey, he developed a particular interest in Criminal Law, which later became his primary area of specialization. Over the course of his long academic career, Prof. Rai has gained more than 25 years of teaching and research experience. He has taught a wide range of law subjects, but he is especially recognized for his expertise in Criminal Law, including the study and interpretation of the Indian Penal Code, criminal jurisprudence, and related legal doctrines. His teaching style combines theoretical clarity with practical insights, enabling students to understand complex legal principles in a meaningful and practical way.
Currently, Prof. Rai serves as the Research Dean at B.S.A. Law College, Mathura, which is affiliated with Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra, Uttar Pradesh. In this role, he plays an important part in promoting research activities, guiding scholars, and strengthening the academic environment of the institution. His leadership has contributed to the encouragement of research-oriented learning and academic development among students and faculty members.
Throughout his career, Prof. Rai has mentored numerous students and research scholars, many of whom have gone on to build successful careers in the legal profession, judiciary, and academia. His dedication to teaching and his commitment to nurturing young legal minds have earned him great respect among students and colleagues alike. Prof. (Dr.) C.P. Singh

Professor (Dr.) Chandra Prakash Singh is a distinguished educator, renowned author, and visionary leader in Indian legal education. With over four decades of dedication, he has established himself as a respected teacher, researcher, and administrator. Born on June 20, 1961, Prof. Singh earned his Bachelor's degree from Kanpur University, followed by LL.B. and LL.M. from Lucknow University. He specialized in Commercial Law and International Law, and was awarded a Doctor of Laws (LL.D.) for his thesis on "India-Pakistan Relations with Special Reference to the Jammu-Kashmir Dispute".
Prof. Singh's teaching career at Lucknow University spanned nearly three decades. He served as Professor for 12 years until 2023. Currently, he is the Dean of the Law Faculty at T.S. Mishra University, Lucknow. As Dean, he transformed the curriculum and ensured academic continuity during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prof. Singh has authored nine books, edited one, and published over 20 research papers. His books, including "Uttar Pradesh Land Laws" and "Environmental Law", have received national recognition. He has guided 40 LL.M. dissertations, 6 Ph.D. theses, and 9 LL.D. theses. Prof. Singh believes in socially responsible legal education. He has worked on women's empowerment, environmental protection, and human rights, and has been involved with the National Service Scheme (NSS). He advocates for interdisciplinary research, international cooperation, and experiential learning. He supports dual-degree programs and global partnerships. Prof. Singh's career is marked by integrity, enthusiasm, and leadership, establishing him as an exemplary educator and administrator.
Dr. Ramesh Kumar Bharti

Dr. Ramesh Kumar Bharti is an Assistant Professor (Senior Scale) at C.M.P. Degree College, University of Allahabad, Prayagraj. He specializes in Research Methodology, Labour Law, Industrial Law, Jurisprudence, Civil Procedure Code, Land Law, and Interpretation of Statutes. Dr. Bharti earned his LL.B. from Banaras Hindu University, LL.M. from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow, and Ph.D. from the University of Allahabad. He began teaching in 2018 and has guided 20 LL.M. dissertations.
He co-authored "Bhartiya Parivesh Main Saman Nagarik Sanhita Ki Prasangikata", edited three books, and authored ten book chapters. He has published 18 research papers in reputed journals and serves on two editorial boards. He has presented research papers at national and international seminars and served on academic and administrative committees. Dr. Bharti worked as a Law Trainee under Hon'ble Justice Rakesh Srivastava and Hon'ble Justice Amar Saran at the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad. He has served as Member of the Legal Cell, Assistant Dean, and Assistant Proctor of C.M.P. Degree College. Currently, he is Co-Convenor of the Legal Aid and Services Clinic, Member of the Works Committee, and Member of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC). Dr. Bharti continues to serve as Assistant Professor at C.M.P. Degree College, contributing to legal education and research.
Dr. Pallavi Singh

Dr Pallavi Singh, Assistant Professor School of law and Governance, Department of Law and Governance Central University of South Bihar,Gaya. She is B.Sc., LLB, LLM NET qualified. She has completed her Ph.D from faculty of law Banaras Hindu University. She has participated and presented paper in many national as well as international seminars and conferences with multiple publications to her name which are indexed in UGC CARE, Scopus indexed and peer reviewed journals. She is an author of multiple books in law and edited books. Her interest areas are cyber law, women and criminal law, Property law, criminal law etc.
Dr. Uma Nivas Mishra

Dr. Uma Nivas Mishra was born in Kotwa village, Jaunpur district. He completed his higher education from Tilak Dhari Postgraduate College, Jaunpur, affiliated with Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University. Currently, Dr. Mishra is serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology at Postgraduate College, Ghazipur. Dr. Mishra has published four research papers, including two in UGC CARE listed journals and two in international journals. He has presented research papers and participated in five international seminars. Dr. Mishra has also contributed a chapter on folk proverbs in a book on proverbs. Presently, Dr. Mishra is actively engaged in various academic activities and is working on writing books.

Dr. Piyush Singh

Piyush Singh is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics, Government Girls' PG College, Ghazipur. He completed his M.A. (Economics) from Allahabad University in 2013 and B.A. from Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University in 2011. He has cleared UGC-NET multiple times and was previously selected for the positions of Regional Youth Welfare Officer and GIC Lecturer. Piyush Singh has 18 e-contents available on UP Digi Library. He has completed several training programs, FDPs, induction programs, and refresher courses (all with A+ grade) on psychological skills, research methodology, data analytics, and teaching training.
He has participated in and presented research papers at numerous national seminars, webinars, and workshops, including topics such as Gandhian economics, budget analysis, Developed India @ 2047, good governance, youth power, Indian knowledge tradition, and teaching methodology. His areas of specialization include rural development and public policy. He has also delivered guest lectures at various universities and colleges.

Dr. Apeksha Choudhary is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Legal Studies, Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. She has 12 years of teaching experience at both the UG and PG levels.
